photons, electrons and higly charged ions and in the spontaneous decay of
the created ions via emission of radiation and Auger electrons.
- Investigations of the ionization of atoms and ions using relaxed-orbital

simultaneous ionization and excitation of atoms by photons and electrons
taking into account the nonorthogonality
of the radial orbitals of the wave functions from the initial and final states
and the correlation effects of the electrons in discrete states.
